of Chelsea, age 85, died Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at the Chelsea Retirement Community. She was born November 25, 1927 in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the daughter of Frank and Lillie (Sousa) Winkle. In 1992, Delight retired from Powers Regulator in Niles, IL.
