of Chelsea, Michigan, formerly of Frostproof, FL, age 85, died Friday, March 10, 2017 at the University of Michigan Hospital. She was born June 24, 1931 in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the daughter of John & Victoria (Zurek) Zimmer.
Patricia graduated from Ann Arbor Pioneer in 1950. She was a clerk for J.H. Cousins Dress Shop. Patricia attended St. Thomas Catholic Church in Ann Arbor. She enjoyed traveling and playing bingo.
On Nov. 8, 1952, she married Patrick Wetherbee, and he preceded her death in 2006. She is survived by one son, Michael (Sherrie) Wetherbee of Norvell; two brothers, Theodore Zimmer of Ann Arbor, Fredrick (Kathy) Zimmer of Whitmore Lake; a sister, Mary Smalley of Inverness, FL; two grandchildren, Brandie (Brian) Bishop, Patrick Wetherbee; and a great-grandchild, Brendan Bishop.
No public services are being planned. Memorial contributions may be made to her family or the American Lung Association. Arrangements by Cole Funeral Chapel, Chelsea.
