Age 75, died Monday, August 19, 2013 at his home in Cranbrook Towers in Ann Arbor. He was born October 24, 1937 in Leewood, WV, the son of Kenneth & Mabel Laura (Ingram) Neal.
Survivors include one sister, Priscilla (Peter) Flintoft of Chelsea; one niece, Amy (Major Jon) Sinclair of Charleston, SC; and two great-nieces, Natalie and Marin. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A graveside service was held Friday, August 23, Oak Grove East Cemetery, with Pastor Jim Coyl officiating. Arrangements by Cole Funeral Chapel.
