Morton Goldberg of Chelsea, Michigan, formerly a longtime resident of Ann Arbor, age 88, passed away Sunday, January 18, 2026, at the Chelsea Retirement Community in Glazier Commons. He was born November 1, 1937, in Detroit, Michigan.
Morton had a Masters of Science degree and worked as a Software Engineer. He is survived by Charlotte Wyche of Chelsea, who looked after him. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister; and longtime friend, Don Wyche.
Morton will be buried in Oak Grove Cemetery in Chelsea. Memorial contributions may be made to the Regents of the University of Michigan, 1109 Geddes Ave, Suite 3300, Ann Arbor, MI 48109, or the Planetary Society. Arrangements were entrusted to Cole Funeral Chapel in Chelsea.
