Jane Marie Schneider of Ann Arbor, Michigan, age 89, passed away Sunday, January 11, 2026, at Brookdale of Ann Arbor. She was born January 3, 1937, in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the daughter of George & Helen (Klager) Swartout.
Jane graduated from Ann Arbor (Pioneer) High School in 1955.
Jane married John Henry Schneider Sr, and he preceded her in death on March 9, 2019. She is survived by her family, church families from Bethlehem United Church of Christ in Ann Arbor, and Vanderbilt Community Church in Vanderbilt; and many caring friends.
Per Jane’s request, no public services will be held. Burial will be at Washtenong Memorial Park in Ann Arbor.
