Dear Aunt Sharon,
I really enjoyed our one-on-one conversations, particularly in recent years. That’s because during those moments, I discovered a side of you that was new to me, which felt like a gift. You became more engaged and attentive, genuinely listening to my words, and I got to witness your courage as you openly shared your vulnerabilities and struggles with me. Your life was a very difficult one and I always respected you for turning it around like you did. Thank you for all of your generosity and love and for caring the way you did. I love you aunt Sharon.

Love,
Ryan
