Age 74, died Thursday, July 27, 2023, at home. She was born January 2, 1949, in Ypsilanti, Michigan, the daughter of Prentiss C & Hilda May (Weber) Davis.
Sharon graduated from Chelsea High School in 1967. Shortly after, she attended Foote Hospital’s three year RN nursing program before transferring to the University of Michigan where she obtained a bachelors degree in nursing and her masters degree is psychiatric nursing. Sharon briefly worked at Mercy Wood, but spent the majority of her nursing career at the Ann Arbor, Michigan VA Medical Center. In 1996 she attended the Summer Olympics in Atlanta, GA with her brother William which was an experience neither of them would forget. Sharon briefly attended the Chelsea Assembly of God.
She is survived by her brother William (Marsha) Davis of Grass Lake and many cousins. Sharon is preceded in death by her parents.
A memorial service to celebrate Sharon's life will be held on Saturday, August 26, 10:00 a.m. at the Grass Lake Assembly of God, 2900 Mt. Hope Rd., Grass Lake, MI 49240.
