I never worked directly with Charlie however I've had several conversations with him over the years at CPG. Charlie was a stand up guy full of integrity. I was saddened to hear that he passed away. May eternal rest grant on to him O Lord...may he rest in peace.

I had lots of supervisors while at the proving grounds. Charlie was one of the good ones. In my case, he saw a wrong and made it right. Condolences to one of my co-workers, Mike, and the rest of the Young family.
