of McBain, MI, formerly of Ann Arbor, age 87, died Tuesday, January 10, 2012 in Jackson, Michigan. She was born January 21, 1924 in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the daughter of Robert William and Lena (Sorg) Kayuska.
Charlotte was a life member of the Women of the Moose and the Disabled American Veteran's Auxiliary. 
She was a member of the Bethlehem United Church of Christ in Ann Arbor for 73 years. Charlotte enjoyed helping her friends, crocheting, playing cards, and dominoes.
On March 1, 1947, she married Guy E. Apple, and he preceded her in death on March 1, 1975. They had two children, Barbara Ann Budoff (Tom Vogel) of Chelsea, and William (Cathy) Apple of Brighton. On June 30, 1979, Charlotte married Edward Sell, and he preceded her in death on March 19, 2005. She now had two step-children, Henry (Ketrinia) Sell of Three Rivers, MI and Wanda Jessup of Belleville. Charlotte has one step-sister, Karen (Gerald) Peters of Cleveland, TX; 6 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and a lot of friends. Besides her two husbands, Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Harold Robert Kayuska; 3 sisters, Vivian (Clarence) Williams, Florence (Irving) Welch, and Carolyn (Donald) Vogel; and a niece, Donna Welch.
Funeral services were held Monday, January 16, 11 a.m. at Cole Funeral Chapel, Chelsea, with Rev. Kathy Schell officiating. Burial took place at Washtenong Memorial Park in Ann Arbor.
