of Chelsea, Michigan, age 70, died Thursday, July 18, 2019 at University of Michigan Hospital. He was born November 27, 1948 in Toledo, OH, the son of James Warren & Marjorie Mae (Miller) Klever. Tim graduated from St. Thomas High School in Ann Arbor and then attended Eastern Michigan University. He worked at the University of Michigan L.S.A. Deans office. Tim loved ballroom dancing, listening to live music, and U of M football. He also enjoyed bird watching, gardening, and fishing. More than anything, Tim loved spending time with his daughters and grandchildren. He was a man of remarkable spirit and love.

In 1980, Tim married Karen Seidman, and she survives. Other survivors include his 2 daughters, Kimberly Sullivan and Kelly (Chad) Essenmacher; 2 grandchildren, Grady Sullivan and Evelyn Essenmacher; 7 siblings, Marianne (Ross) Frank, Greg (Mercy) Gordon, Anita Gordon, Teresa Brigham, Julie (Tom) Wyman, Laura Gordon, John (Vickey) Gordon; his step mother, Katherine Gordon; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his step father, Paul Gordon.

The family will receive friends Friday, August 2, from 5-8 pm at Cole Funeral Chapel, Chelsea, MI. A celebration of life  will be held Saturday, August 3, 2019, at 11 am, in the main chapel of Chelsea Retirement Community, 805 W Middle St, Chelsea, MI. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to ASPCA and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
