of Ann Arbor, Michigan Age 90, went to be with his Lord on Saturday, March 9, 2019. He was born April 25, 1928 in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the son of Titus G. & Myra (Almendinger) Schneider. John graduated from Ann Arbor (Pioneer) High School in 1947. He co-owned Schneider's Service station, which later became Schneider's Party Store, with his brother, Titus Jr.
John is survived by his wife, Jane M. (Swartout-Doades) Schneider, and their family and church families from Bethlehem United Church of Christ in Ann Arbor and Vanderbilt Community Church in Vanderbilt; and many caring friends. Married to Nona R. (Carstens) Schneider, she preceded him in death.
Cremation, John requested that no funeral service be held.
