of Chelsea, MI, formerly of Ann Arbor, age 101, died Monday, June 18, 2018 at the Chelsea Retirement Community. She was born August 9, 1916 in Festus, Missouri, the daughter of Stephen Andrew & Carrie Louise (Bradley) Boyer. Anita loved playing cards and bingo, reading magazines, crossword puzzles, watching television, and getting her hair and nails done. Her son-in-law, John Patoros, took care of her in his home for many years until her later years after losing his wife. She was a sales clerk at Cunninghams for many years. Anita loved living in her retirement home, Chelsea Retirement Community. The residents and staff were just wonderful to her. She was a kind hearted lady and will be missed by all.

Survivors include her four grandchildren, John S (Lori) Patoros of California, Jerret L. Patoros of Ann Arbor, Mary A. Patoros of Ann Arbor, and Dianna (Tom) Cok of Pinckney; two great-grandchildren, Briana (Evan) Johnson, Nelson Michael (Pam) Guenther; 4 nephews, and 2 nieces. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Pateck; a daughter, Patricia Patoros; a son-in-law, John Patoros; 2 sisters, May and Barbara.

No funeral services will be held. Burial will be at Bethlehem Cemetery in Ann Arbor. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.

to my wonderful grandma' one who had a heart of gold always had a smile on her face and would ask how are you! when I would say good by she would always want to give me a kiss on the cheek. I will always have my memories in my heart. you are with my mom and dad in heaven im going to miss you love your grand-daughter
