of Chelsea, age 90, died Thursday, October 12, 2017 at her home. She was born January 19, 1927 in Wayne, Michigan, the daughter of Henry & Kathryn (Branton) Warblow. She graduated from Wayne Memorial High School in 1945. After high school, Dot worked at Kroger where she met her future husband, Jim.  Dot was a member of Faith Lutheran Church since 1964. She raised five children, and returned to the work force at Xerox, where she worked for many years. She enjoyed sewing.

On March 31, 1946, she married James Louis Diedrich at St. John's Lutheran Church in Wayne and he preceded her in death on September 16, 1999. Survivors include four sons, James (Debbie) of Manchester, Stephen (Barbara) of Arlington Heights, IL, David (Grace) of Pinckney, Matthew (Patricia) of Jackson; one daughter, Janine Yeargain of Dexter; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; a sister, Elizabeth Huffman of MN; and many nieces & nephews. She was also preceded in death by a son-in-law, Jeff Yeargain, 3 brothers, Al, Bill and Hank Warblow, and a sister, Marge Kolacz.

Funeral services will be held Monday, October 16, 11:00 am, at Faith Lutheran Church, with Rev. Mark Porinsky officiating.  The family will receive friends at Cole Funeral Chapel Sunday from 3-7 pm and at the church Monday from 10-11 am. Private burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery, Petersburg, MI.  Memorial contributions may be made to Faith Lutheran Church, 9575 N Territorial Rd, Dexter, MI 48130.
