of Chelsea, Michigan, age 92, died Saturday, September 16, 2017 at Superior Woods in Ypsilanti. She was born April 11, 1925 in Middletown, Illinois, the daughter of William Thomas & Nellie (Moutardier) McGrew.  Marcella was one of eleven kids. During World War II, she was part of the Rosie the Riveter era, as she helped produce war supplies. She retired from Ford Motor Company as a quality control inspector. Marcella attended St. Paul United Church of Christ in Chelsea. She enjoyed traveling, cooking, and crocheting.

Survivors include a daughter, Kathy (Steven) Hogan of California; two sons, Mark (Dawn) Milanovich of Texas, Ben Wojtas of Ann Arbor; 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by all 10 of her siblings.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 22, 11 am at St. Paul United Church of Christ, Chelsea, with Rev. Wallace Tatara officiating.  Burial will be at Cadillac Memorial Gardens West, Westland, Michigan.  The family will receive friends at the Cole Funeral Chapel Thursday  5-8 pm and at church Friday 10-11 am.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan, 1169 Oak Valley Drive Ann Arbor, MI 48108  or St. Paul United Church of Christ, 14600 E. Old US Hwy 12, Chelsea, MI 48118.
