of Chelsea, Michigan, formerly of Ann Arbor, age 83, died Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at Chelsea Retirement Community. He was born June 7, 1931 in Detroit, Michigan, the son of John N. & Rose (Kalahar) Andrews.
Jack was a chaplain in the US Army during Vietnam. He was a member of the Chelsea Senior Center and St. Mary Catholic Church.
On October 1, 1983, he married Sharon Allen, at St. Francis Catholic Church in Ann Arbor, and she preceded him in death on September 24, 2009. Survivors include four step-sons, Tim (Lori) Larsen of Dexter, Robin (Mary Beth) Larsen of Debary, FL, Bruce (Judy) Larsen of Henderson, NV, Jay Larsen of Tecumseh; three sisters, Judy Domine of St. Clair Shores, Rosemary Miesch of Sterling Heights, Joan Van Puyvelde of Texas; six step-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be private, with burial at Fairview Cemetery in Ann Arbor.
