Age 23, died Thursday, February 13, 2014. She was born September 4, 1990 in Indianapolis, IN, the daughter of Steven R. & Deanna Sue (Bow) Dollinger.

Samantha attended Triton High School in Fairland, IN, then graduated from Chelsea High School in 2009. She graduated from Ross Medical College in 2010. Samantha was a medical assistant. She loved her family and her dog, Samson.

Survivors include her parents; a brother, Dylan; a sister, Lauren and Lauren’s son Landon; maternal grandmother Lupe Bow; paternal grandmother, Linda Dollinger; a very special aunt and uncle, Donna and Jerry Bow, and many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.   She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Albert Bow and Bob Dollinger.

All services were private. Arrangements by Cole Funeral Chapel.
