A sweet, engaging, considerate young man whom I knew way too briefly. Such a loss to his family, friends, community...and the world. His smile and sincerity are etched in my memory.

We are so happy that we were able to spend time with Joey at our Tobias Family Christmas party a few weeks ago. Joey always gave everyone a giant bear hug and always had a smile on his face. He will be missed. Lisa, John and family we hope that you find peace and some comfort in your memories, photos and stories about Joey. We love you Joey and will miss you. Rest in Peace. Love Gail, Victor and Sarah Smith
