I am so sorry to hear of Pat's death. I was her best friend until 12 grade and then we lost contact.I saw her once, on a vacation to Michigan as I had moved to California in 1974. I tried to email the family to catch up, but no one answered my emails. Angela and Rachel, I loved your mother so much. Please contact me if you ever come to CA. Or if you are on Facebook, please look me up. I can tell you some funny stories about her childhood, like when we stole 20 pumpkins from Krogers!!! :-), we were good kids, but eveyone has done 1 or 2 naughty things. She had such a big heart.

My sincere sympathy to all the family for the loss of your loved one, Patricia Rose. As one who loved and read her Bible, no doubt Patricia realized the hope it promises for a resurrection: "Jesus said, 'I am the resurrection and the life. He that exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life.'" (John 11:25) I hope that all of you will find comfort in this promise, and many others in God's Word. (Psalms 37:29)

Angie and Rachel- I am so sorry for your loss. I can not even imagine your grief. I will be praying for you. Your mother was a wonderful woman. I have many fond memories of the middle street house from school years and beyond. My deepest sympathy.

Find comfort in God's Word...Rev. 21:4, 5 "God will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away."

Pat was a blessing to know and we have such fond memories of our times with Ben and Pat. We are reminded at all holidays, of how much fun we are missing on those special days! And all the days in between. I am thankful to have known Pat and appreciate how much she loved our Lord. She was so much more than a friend to me. You all are in our prayers.
