of Chelsea, age 92, died Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at Regency at Whitmore Lake just 4 days before her birthday. She was born December 8, 1919 in Dearborn, Michigan, the daughter of Henry & Flossie (Pelton) Bauer.
She lived on her family farm in Saline. Margaret worked at Kresge and K-Mart for 30 years, retiring in 1987. 
She enjoyed baking.
Survivors include her daughter, Linda (Craig) Sayers of Chelsea; a grandson, Brian Sayers; and a cousin, Howard Bauer. She was preceded in death by her two sisters, Ethel Grace Bauer in 2003 and Mable Peters in 2005, and many cousins.
Funeral services were held Saturday, December 8 , 11:00 am at Cole Funeral Chapel, Chelsea, with Keith Worrell officiating. Burial followed at Oak Grove East Cemetery, Chelsea. The family received friends Friday 2-4 & 6-8 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to Chelsea High School Athletic Department.
