Ann Arbor, MI age 70, died peacefully Thursday, August 16, 2012 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital. He was born November 28, 1941 in Ypsilanti, Michigan, the son of Clarence & Evelyn (Riesen) Perrine.

Bill worked for the City of Ann Arbor Forestry Division for 34 years.  He was a member of the Moose Lodge in Ann Arbor. Bill enjoyed woodworking, chainsaw carving of animals and being with his family and friends.


On June 10, 1962,  he married Karen Clark in Whitmore Lake, and she survives.  Other survivors include a son, Jerry (Lynnette) Perrine of Brighton; two grandchildren, Laura & Joshua Perrine; three siblings, Mary Ann (Bill) Hatswell of Howell, Phillip “Pep” Perrine of Davie, FL, Yvonne Perrine of Fowlerville; and many nieces & nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents.


A memorial service was held Sunday, August 26, 3:00 p.m. at Ann Arbor First Church of the Nazarene, with Rev. Ann Salyer officiating.  Memorial contributions may be made to First Church of the Nazarene, 2780 Packard Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. Arrangements by Cole Funeral Chapel, Chelsea.
