Tom was a great friend and classmate of mine. I extend my deepest sympathies to his family at this sad time. He had a wonderful sense of humor and always had a smile when we ran into him. He will be missed by many.

We were so sorry to hear of Toms passing. He was very loved here at dialysis by teammates and patients alike. He was a very nice man, always with a smile and full of life. We always enjoyed hearing his stories of deer hunting in the fall. He will surely be missed.

Please accept our sincerest condolences,
Chelsea Davita Teammates
